两者都有可能。 不过大多数是直接有病毒入侵了电脑，才会每次你logout后它就login。 有些是帐号问题，所以最后会有个步骤建议你换密码。

arh!i forget that ur problem is cant sign in!!! have u uninstall and reinstall before? check ur date and time aso?if not proper time then cant sign in aso... if still kenot ,u can try to signin using WINDOWS MESSENGER which u can find at all programs there... is old version of msgr.
