start-->control panel-->regional and language option.

go to "languages",and then hoh,tick the box writed"install files for east asian languages.(might need CD)
then oni got chinese,
and then hoh,under"text services and input language",click detail,a new windows appear.
go to key setting,and then find whether got the key combination setting to show "google pinyin" or "chinese PRC"(u can set ur yourself for using wat key to change between chinese and english.
ths is for chinese input.
and go the advanced there,change english (united state) to chinese.
